9th German-French Workshop on Oxide, Dielectric and Laser single crystals (WODIL 2020)

We cordially invite you to attend the 9th German-French Workshop on Oxide, Dielectric and Laser single crystals (WODIL 2020), held on September 17-18, 2020, and organized by the Leibniz-Institut für Kristallzüchtung (IKZ) in Berlin, Germany. The workshop is an international event and open for researchers from all over the world. Workshop attendance is free of charge. Please consider presenting your results in the field; abstracts should be submitted until End of August 2020. WODIL 2020 will be a face-to-face meeting. We will take all required health and security measures and actions at the workshop to fight the spreading of SARS-CoV-2. Travel restrictions to Germany have ended for residents of almost all EU countries; airports, train stations, hotels, restaurants and shops are on regular service.

The workshop is devoted to any research involving oxide, chalcogenide, or halide single crystals that are used as optical, piezoelectric, or laser materials, and as substrates for piezoelectric and oxide electronic applications. The workshop brings together scientists and scholars from industry, research labs, and universities to present and discuss the recent advances in the field of oxide crystals, dielectric materials, laser and non-linear optical crystals, solid-state lasers, and related topics.
