OpTecBB Delegation Trip to Taiwan

Summary

Taiwan is the world's largest manufacturer of semiconductor chips. This means that the demands on advanced packaging, hybrid integration, and the combination with photonic communication within the package are enormous. This is precisely where we want to take a look at the eco system in Taiwan, present solutions from Berlin, and promote even closer cooperation between Berlin and Taiwan. The anchor event will be a visit to SEMICON Taiwan.
